FACT: Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson is the highest paid actor alive right now.
So this is a man who knows about success and motivation. Releasing an alarm clock for iOS and Android may seem like a poor, gimmicky, idea but if you lack, motivation and inspiration, if you struggle to get up in the morning, if you want to 'crush your day!' This is the app for you.
The Rock Clock seems like it should be awful, a celebrity of that stature releasing any app at allis never really a genuinely good idea. This one is.
The alarm has no snooze button. As it says in the app description; The Rock is not a fan of that button. When you add an alarm, you are prompted to add a goal. Every morning when the alarm goes off you get two things; a reminder to 'Go get your goal', and a short video from the man himself designed to inspire and motivate you.
If you don't know what goal to set there are a few pretty good examples from getting in shape to cleaning the house.
The alarm sounds you can choose range from epic guitar solo's to funny loops of the rock saying 'beep beep' over and over and over...and over. Until you get up and turn it off. There's even alarms with The Rock singing. What more could you need if you struggle to get out of bed?
NOTE: You can turn an alarm on that will sync with Dwayne's alarm on his phone to get up at the same time he does. I wouldn't turn this on if you live in a different time zone...
