There are a lot of music streaming services available now and as with most things there is no 'one size fits all'. It can be hard to choose which one to pay for so here is a brief description of what each service is best for, helping you get the most out of out and decide which one is best for you...

Apple Music
When launching the service last year, Apple were very proud of the fact that their playlist are compiled by real people and not algorithms. Which is why we think Apple Music is best for playlists. If you're the kind of people who knows what music they like and aren't looking to discover new music then choose Apple. Playlists include styles such as Versus', pitting two artists against each other, 'Featuring' with a list of songs featuring the same guest artist, and 'From the beginning' a chronological list of artists singles/biggest songs. Not the usual playlists found else where and a refreshing way to enjoy your favourite artists.
Google Play Music Because, as the name suggests, this service is strongly tied in with Googles other services, Google Play Music get s to know you very well and very easily. If you Google search for how old an artist is, you will likely start to see their music suggest on their simplistic 'Listen Now' page. just like if you play an artist on YouTube often, they will also show up on the music streaming app. You can also use use Google Play Music on almost any computer. Just sign in on the web based app onside chrome and enjoy your whole library on anybody's computer.
Google Play Music is best for listening anywhere and for getting to know who you like and who you are interested in.
Spotify
Finally, Spotify is best for discording new music as well as old favourites. Twice a week it will present you with two new playlists just for you. Discovery is a list of music similar to what you have been listening to previously. Logically, this should be music that you will like. based on similar genres and what people with similar taste to yours are listening to. Your Release Radar will surface all the new releases from artists it knows you like. Helping you to stay up to date with your favourite artists.
